Kierra Marquis, RMT

Kierra Marquis is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario. She is fluently bilingual (French and English). Kierra graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy Program at College Boreal, where she had the opportunity to work with the Sudbury FIVE! Kierra also has experience working with breast cancer patients, children, seniors and various clients. For Kierra, massage therapy is more than manipulating soft tissue; it’s also about knowing and understanding her client’s needs and helping them achieve their health goals. She uses general Swedish massage techniques and continually seeks to further her education to improve her clients’ care.

The effects of acupuncture can be further enhanced by adding an electrical stimulation to the acupuncture needles similar to T.E.N.S. and I.F.C. units.

Daniel Bélisle

Registered Massage Therapist

Dan is a registered massage therapist and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. His clients have ranged from senior citizens to professional athletes. He offers therapeutic massage blending Swedish massage with deeper connective tissue techniques, active stretching and joint mobility work. Dan is a certified Myo-Skeletal Alignment therapist. He creates a treatment that will suit your specific needs and has had excellent results with chronic lower back and neck issues. He firmly believes that massage therapy is the proverbial “ounce of prevention” when it comes to sports and training related injury as well as stress related conditions.

Carla Bifolchi

Osteopathic Manual Practitioner & Registered Kinesiologist

Carla graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Honours in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. She also studied Osteopathy and is a graduate from the Osteopathic College of Ontario. Carla has always had a passion for hands on therapy, and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy provide an alternative in the treatment of a variety illnesses and injuries using the body as a guide. Her experience working in Physiotherapy clinics as well as in hospital settings has given her added tools in the treatment of various physical issues. The blend of hands on techniques to decrease pain and increase movement, as well as using rehabilitative exercise helps to promote optimal health and body function.

Krista Zdyb

Registered Massage Therapist

Krista Zdyb is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practicing for 9 years. She works with a variety of age groups from young children to senior citizens and always enjoys the positive emotional and physical effects of massage. Each treatment, is individually designed to meet the clients needs whether it be for relaxation or a specific ailment. She is presently, working towards her Bachelor of Science in Manual Osteopathy from the National Medical University.

Chrystal Prosperi

Physiotherapist

After graduating from the University of Toronto in 2003 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Chrystal returned to her hometown of Sudbury to begin work as registered physiotherapist. She began her career providing rehabilitation services in a private orthopedic practice, then shifted her focus to the rehabilitation needs of older adults. In 2010, Chrystal completed training in Combined Decongestive Therapy, and subsequently added the treatment of lymphedema and cancer rehabilitation to her varied practice. Chrystal uses manual lymphatic drainage, exercise, manual therapy and compression as part of her treatment plans, and is an ADP authorizer for compression garments. Chrystal is passionate about providing the best care possible for her patients, and provides an individualized, one-on-one approach to treatment.
